TheraMóvil ("we," "our," or "us") operates the mobile application Pocket Album - Sticker Tracker (the "App"). We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a secure user experience. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

By installing and using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

                 Strict Local Data Principle: We do not request, collect, or store any of your personal data on external servers. All your album data, sticker collections, custom configurations, and preferences remain strictly on your local device.
            

1. Information Collection and Use

A. Personal Data

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or account details). You can use all core features of the App anonymously without creating an account.

B. Local Storage (SQLite & Shared Preferences)

All data related to your sticker albums (including official pre-generated albums, manually created albums, category configurations, counts of completed, missing, or duplicate stickers) is saved locally on your device via an SQLite database and local preferences. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it using the App's native share features.

C. Device Camera and Photo Gallery Permissions

The App includes trading and album customization features. To provide these functionalities, the App may request access to your device's camera and photo gallery:

Camera: Used exclusively to scan physical QR codes from other users to cross-reference sticker checklists in real-time, or to take custom photos to attach directly to your cards or stickers inside your digital albums.
Photo Library / Gallery: Used exclusively to import screenshots of QR codes sent by friends to process trade data, or to select existing images from your gallery to add to your cards or stickers.

All photos taken via the camera and images selected from your gallery are processed and saved locally on your device. They are never uploaded to external servers, never shared with us, and never transmitted to third parties.

2. Third-Party Services and Data Transmission

To support development, maintain the App, and provide specific functionalities, we integrate trusted third-party SDKs that may collect or process technical non-personal data under their own privacy policies:

A. Advertisements (Google AdMob)

Unless you upgrade to the Premium (Ad-Free) version through an In-App Purchase, the App displays banner advertisements powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use non-personal data, such as device identifiers (Advertising ID), IP addresses, and coarse location data to serve relevant, personalized or non-personalized ads and limit ad frequency. You can manage your ad personalization preferences directly within your device settings.

B. Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the App (e.g., tracking screen views such as "Seleccion_de_Albumes", features used, or purchase events). This data is completely anonymized, aggregated, and used solely to improve application performance and design layout adjustments. It cannot be used to identify you personally.

C. In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing & Apple App Store In-App Purchase)

The App offers an option to remove advertisements and unlock Pro features. All financial transactions and payment processing are handled securely by Google Play Billing (on Android) and Apple App Store (on iOS). We never see, collect, or store your credit card or financial records. We only receive a secure confirmation token confirming your Premium/Pro status.

3. Data Security

Since your sticker checklist database and card images are stored locally on your mobile device, the security of your collection data depends directly on your device's security settings. We recommend keeping your operating system updated and protecting your phone with standard access security (PIN, password, or biometrics).

4. Children's Privacy

Our App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided any personal information, please contact us, although our system architecture inherently prevents direct data collection.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be made available by posting the new Privacy Policy within this page or upon updating the App in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.
